CSCA 2026 CAT — Submission Reminder (Deadline: Oct 10, 11:59 PM CDT)
Dear scholars,
A quick reminder for CSCA 2026 submissions to the Communication & Technology Interest Group (CAT). We welcome Full Papers, Extended Abstracts, and Paper/Discussion Panels.

How to submit an Extended Abstract (work-in-progress)
- In the portal, please choose “Competitive Paper.”
- Complete the online abstract field (the portal allows up to 5,000 characters).
- Upload your Extended Abstract file (≤ 10 pages, double-spaced, including all content such as references/tables/figures).
- To help us categorize efficiently: please note “Extended Abstract” in the online abstract field and on the top-right of the title page in your uploaded file.
- Remove all identifying information (including file properties)
Full Papers
- Max 30 pages double-spaced (including references/tables/figures). Include title and a brief abstract.
- Remove all identifying information (including file properties).
- Label the top-right of the title page if applicable: STUDENT, DEBUT STUDENT, or INCLUSIVE SCHOLARSHIP.
Panels (Paper or Discussion)
- Include multi-institutional participation when possible.
- Follow the posted panel instructions in the call.
Technology requests must be included at the time of submission.
Deadline: October 10, 2025, 11:59 PM (CDT).
