FLARE Members Host Roundtable - Teaching Women in War: From the White House to the Women's Army Corps

FLARE members hosted a Roundtable, "Teaching Women in War: From the White House to the Women's Army Corps" at the Western Association of Women Historians, April 25, 2025, in Costa Mesa, California. FLARE members on the panel included Shelby Anderson (here in her WAVES uniform and representing her company with its World War II soldier-supplies-in-a-box classroom materials, Hands-on-History (Handsonhistorykits.com); and in the group picture, FLARE members Tracy Butros, Katie Sibley, Nancy Young, and Shelby Anderson (out of uniform). Diana Carlin was also part of the Roundtable.
